Wedding & Events Coordinator – Radcliffe’s Function Centre
Radcliffe’s has an exciting opportunity to join our functions and event team. This role is flexible and could be part-time or full-time, depending on the applicant. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning & execution of weddings & events at Radcliffe’s. The role is approx. 2-3 days in the office planning events, and 1-2 days onsite managing and setting up events.

Duties:
- Confirm event details, needs & budgets.
- Prepare event documentation such as run sheets & floorplans.
- Train & manage casual wait & bar staff.
- Order beverages & other stock required for events.
- Work on-site managing weddings & events as required.
About You:
Friendly, bubbly & can build great rapport with clients & staff.
Able to work flexible hours as required by the role, including weekends
Logical, organized, calm under pressure & can solve problems on the fly.
These requirements are preferred:
Previous experience in a senior role with a hospitality venue or the events industry.
Experience in managing hospitality staff.
Experience in ordering stock.
And most importantly - Passionate about the wedding & events industry.
