Pharmacy 777 Administration is looking for a highly organised Payroll Officer who has experience in processing multiple payrolls concurrently across multiple entities. The role is based at our Admin office in Osborne Park. Onsite free parking is available as well as convenient public transport options. We are located within walking distance from cafes and the Herdsman Lake Regional Park.
This position is on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
Role Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing of multiple fortnightly and ad hoc payrolls.
- End of fortnight reporting as well as assisting with end of month and year reporting.
- Overseeing and maintaining Payroll Service Tickets.
- Maintaining employee files and databases, including employee set ups/changes.
- Interpreting and applying legislative and award conditions.
- Keeping up to date government PPL and Child Support cases.
- Co-ordinating process and information flow between payroll, human resources and other departments.
- Performing other payroll related administrative tasks and answering payroll queries.
- Processing Super contributions and Payroll Tax payments monthly.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 3-5 years Payroll experience, encompassing payroll systems, practices, and procedures. Service-based, high volume payroll experience desired.
- Knowledge and understanding of Fair Work obligations and Award interpretation.
- Knowledge of Accounting principles and standards.
- Excellent skills using Microsoft Suite, predominantly SharePoint, Excel and Word.
- Ability to establish strong client and internal relationships.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
