We are looking for an analytical mastermind, a strategic thinker and someone who enjoys working with data being able to drive continuous improvement and opportunities across their venues. Your role with will have a big focus on strategic improvement managing the groups Gaming Compliance across multiple locations, Financial and Budget Management, People Management, Systems and Product Management.

The Role:
- Managing gaming system components, ensuring gaming systems are operating, as well as developing business cases for enhancements of the systems
- Developing policies and procedures that enhance process effectives, providing accurate reporting on business compliance
- Working with internal and external stakeholders relating to AUSTRAC, RG, Club Board Reports, Self-Exclusions, Investigations into Gaming related disputes, Complaints, Incidents, and Legal matters relating RFI and reporting back to the Head of Gaming with recommendations and suggestions to increase business effectiveness
- Financial and budget management and reporting - ROI of all expenditure
- Lead and managing your team, ensuring KPI’s are met and identifying learning and development opportunities for staff
- Being involved with projects across venues and traveling across to multiple sites coordinating and making sure compliance is met
What we are looking for:
- Experience with Aristocrat 7000 is essential
- Strong experience within Gaming Products including all manufactures of EGM’s, MTGM’s and Link Jackpots
- Someone who is I.T Savvy, understands gaming databases and can read and interpret gaming data and has experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Knowledge and experience with club systems e.g. – MaxGaming Systems, POS Systems, Gaming Paging Systems – BTG, Club Sign in Systems and Finance Systems
- Strong relationship building, business negotiation and communication skills
- Someone who is analytically minded and enjoys troubleshooting, problem solving and coming up with effective ways on improving performance across the venues having a strong eye for detail
