Billing and Payments : Process payments, issue invoices, and handle financial transactions.
Inventory Management : Keep track of inventory and maintain office functionality
Data Entry : Accurately input information into our practice management system.
Facility Maintenance:
Orderliness : Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Qualifications and Skills:
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing : This certification is essential, as it provides you with a solid understanding of veterinary procedures, terminology etc.
Effective Communication : Clear communication with clients, colleagues, and veterinarians is crucial.
Multitasking : Juggling various tasks efficiently, especially during busy clinic hours.
