This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong technical skills and experience working with high volume of SKU’s and a fast turnaround time.
Tasked with proving advice in relation to fits and quality, accuracy in the specifications of the garment and the related technical specification packs to ensure the perfect fit and the highest quality in construction.
Key roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Sample to final fit approval using best quality practice
- Manage the fit meetings, feedback, and final sign off of all pre-production samples
- Maintaining consistent sizing & fits
- Manage suppliers’ relationships in relation to fit comments and feedback
- Work closely with Production Manager to ensure effective workflow according to the critical path
- Meet expectations for our Code of Conduct in relation to ethical and environmental sourcing
- Attend Sign off and Range review
- Organise and liaise with external QC agencies when necessary
- Final QC approval prior to shipping
To be successful you will have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years working within a similar role
- Strong garment construction and technical experience across multi product areas
- Solid knowledge of garment specification, technical fit with grading experience
- Strong communication skills with both offshore suppliers and internal departments
- Excellent understanding of critical path and timelines, with amazing time management skills
- Organised with impeccable attention to detail, with an ability to anticipate problems and provide suitable solutions
- Experience with Excel, Photoshop and Illustrator programs
