Form of workMy client is a well known and highly regarded corporate law firm who is seeking to hire a mid-level Commercial Lawyer. You will act for private companies in sectors such as manufacturing, agribusiness, transport, engineering and high tech materials. This is a really broad role and is not often offered in private practice, as such your work will cover contract law, competition law and privacy law to name a few.
Ideally you will already be at another firm practising broad commercial law or in-house legal team and be keen to move into a law firm with a minimum of two years’ pre-admission. In return the firm are able to offer you broad and interesting work with direct access to clients and the opportunity to really use your commercial advisory skills rather than just the black letter of the law.
