They have a business model and strategy to meet future energy requirements with renewables, including a major contribution from offshore wind, as more traditional energy sources are wound down. Your new role: Responsible for strategy for the medium to long term development of renewable and firming projects. Develop new business opportunities, securing project options that align with strategy, leading the economic assessment of investment cases, as well as providing oversight and management of future joint venture and clean energy fund interests. Relationship and commercial management associated with joint venture partnerships and projects will also be a key part of the role, as will the financial and performance reporting of investments, construction and operations activities. Who you are: Seeking candidates with senior leadership experience surrounding financial decision-making for large-scale investment opportunities in large and numerous infrastructure projects, including, but not limited to renewable energy. Experience with Joint Ventures, M&A, strategic thinking and management of equity interests is important for this role. A finance or accounting background is advantageous.
