Senior Commercial Solicitor

An exciting opportunity exists in our busy Cronulla office for an energetic full-time Senior Commercial lawyer who is ready for a challenging role. This position that will report to the Director and will provide assistance in a range of other various practice areas.

Key Duties

• Management of your own corporate and individual clients and their associated matters from start to finish;
• Court Attendance at Supreme, Federal & District Courts;
• Bringing in new corporate clients to the firm;
• Keep up to date with regular legislation changes;
• be involved with the Marketing and Business Development for the practice group within the local area;
• Regular contact with clients on the development of their matters plus maintaining key relationships.

Selection Criteria

• 5 years plus experience preferred;
• Display initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to work;
• Excellent communication and organisation skills;
• Ability to run matters autonomously.
