Responsibilities and Requirements: Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute strategic plans for the resort, ensuring sustainable business growth. Operational Management: Supervise day-to-day operations, encompassing hotels, golf courses, dining, and other facets, guaranteeing that all services adhere to the highest standards. Customer Relations: Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with customers, elevate customer satisfaction, and fortify the resort's reputation. Team Collaboration: Effectively lead and inspire the team, ensuring staff possesses the requisite skills to deliver excellent service. Marketing and Promotion: Devise and implement marketing strategies to enhance the resort's visibility and allure. Financial Management: Assume responsibility for the resort's financial management, encompassing budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization. Industry Knowledge: Stay attuned to industry dynamics, continually enhance professional competence, and ensure the resort maintains a leading position in the competitive market. Qualifications: Extensive experience in hotel or resort management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large teams. In-depth understanding of the hotel and tourism industry; familiarity with Golf Resort operations is advantageous. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, coupled with outstanding communication and coordination abilities. Extraordinary business insight and strategic planning proficiency. Strong customer service orientation and effective problem-solving skills. Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
