Responsibilities and Requirements: Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute strategic plans for the resort, ensuring sustainable business growth. Operational Management: Supervise day-to-day operations, encompassing hotels, golf courses, dining, and other facets, guaranteeing that all services adhere to the highest standards. Customer Relations: Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with customers, elevate customer satisfaction, and fortify the resort's reputation. Team Collaboration: Effectively lead and inspire the team, ensuring staff possesses the requisite skills to deliver excellent service. Marketing and Promotion: Devise and implement marketing strategies to enhance the resort's visibility and allure. Financial Management: Assume responsibility for the resort's financial management, encompassing budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization. Industry Knowledge: Stay attuned to industry dynamics, continually enhance professional competence, and ensure the resort maintains a leading position in the competitive market. Qualifications: Extensive experience in hotel or resort management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large teams. In-depth understanding of the hotel and tourism industry; familiarity with Golf Resort operations is advantageous. Strong customer service orientation and effective problem-solving skills. Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
