As General Manager you will bring an entrepreneurial flair and solid leadership skills to the table. You will have the ability to communicate and help rally drive and enthusiasm within an established national Dealership network to grow and maximize ranging, sales, and EBITA. PlanningDevelop strategy for the business - compiling the combined demand of the Dealership network.SalesDevelop a 5 year and annual Business Plan for the new business.Develop sales tools and strategies for the Parts business.Work with each of the Dealerships to ensure the delivery of the strategy.Develop an online offer.SupplyWork closely with the Procurement team on the development of Strategic Sourcing Plans.ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIESOperational ExcellenceDevelopment of KPIs that ensure the Business performance.Organisational DevelopmentWork with others in the business to create a “Culture”.Develop and engage with direct employees enabling them to meet both business and personal development plans.Develop succession planning across team.Selection Criteria:Have a strong financial and entrepreneurial spirit.
