We are inviting applications for the General Manager Marketing position based in Melbourne. This is a hands-on role for someone with a deep appreciation for our target audience and the real world purpose of our existing and future range of products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Kidman Apparel, Driza-bone and Rossi Boots.
- Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency and resonance with the target audience.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, e-commerce, and online advertising.
- Manage product launches, promotions, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated into overall business plans.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Establish and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the fashion, outdoor apparel, or footwear industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading successful marketing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand development and marketing trends.
