An exciting development within the Southern Adelaide Health Network (SALHN), working in the Division of Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative Care. We invite you to come and work in our division and become part of our enthusiastic and dedicated multidisciplinary team.
About the Role:
We are launching a new 24-bed Geriatric Evaluation Management (GEM) Ward at the Repat Health Precinct. We seek Registered and Enrolled Nurses, as well as professionals from various Allied Health and other disciplines. If you have experience in sub-acute care, dementia, and restorative care, we welcome you to apply. Similarly, if you have a strong interest in and passion for caring for older people, complemented by acute care skills, we encourage you to apply.
