What you'll do
Based in Australia as Global Account Manager (GAM). You will be part of an elite team of experienced sales professionals responsible for leading, supporting and managing business relationships and the client experience between Vodafone and our largest global enterprise customers.
- From the assigned list of VGE accounts to develop - the individual will direct strategic regional account planning and engagements.
- To develop an executive contact plan (including C-suite) and relationship mapping strategies and activities to build the customer relationship and insight into the customer account.
- Lead a virtual team comprising pre-sales, sales specialists, pricing, finance, bid management and legal teams for the sales engagement.
- Manage sales proposals, tenders & bids, contract management, account development plans, and accurately complete order processing details.
Who you are
- Experience in C-level engagement with understanding of business, Financial Institution and IT/Telecommunications environment.
- Strong business acumen with a talent for translating technology's value proposition into clear benefits for C-suite leaders.
- You have a keen eye for opportunity and a passion for developing and presenting high-value solutions to clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Experience successfully selling complex solutions to Global Accounts and enterprise clients, backed by an extensive experience of sales .
- Skilled negotiator with a successful track record of closing deals.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
