The Go-To-Market Strategy Development Manager will be at the forefront of defining, executing, and optimizing the company's go-to-market strategies for new Energy Products, services, and enhancements. The chosen candidate's strategic insights and analytical acumen will be instrumental in positioning our client as a market leader while maximising revenue and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Development:
    • The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Utilizing deep market expertise, they will identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs that inform strategic decisions.
  • Market Analysis and Insights:
    • The role involves conducting thorough market research and analysis to understand customer preferences, pain points, and trends, providing the foundation for effective strategies.
    • The candidate will generate actionable insights from data and market intelligence, translating them into compelling strategies and initiatives.
  • Product Launch Excellence:
    • Craft and execute detailed launch plans, including pricing strategies, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns, to ensure successful product introductions.
    • Collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams, they will ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the launch process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across product management, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and support for go-to-market initiatives.
    • They will serve as a liaison between teams, advocating for strategic vision and ensuring cohesive execution.
  • Performance Monitoring and Refinement:
    • Continuously monitoring the performance of go-to-market strategies through data analysis, KPI tracking, and customer feedback will be a key responsibility.
    • Proactively identifying areas for improvement and adaptation, the candidate will make data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) is required.
  • The chosen candidate should have a proven track record of successful go-to-market Strategy Development and execution in the technology sector.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape is essential.
