We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Resourcer to join our Sydney office and work in our busy Government Department.

Duties:

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing customer service & administrative professionals who are seeking temporary employment. Your role will comprise of:

  • Utilising various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintaining and updating the candidate database with accurate and relevant information.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, such as reference checks and coordinating interviews.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas and posses the below personal qualities:

  • Minimum 6-12 months experience in a resourcing or recruitment role is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and various sourcing tools.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude.
