We offer our clients a wide range of services from Bookkeeping to Payroll as well as Tax Preparation and Tax Advice for Individuals, Sole Traders, Companies, Partnerships and Trusts. Qualifications & experience
- Basic knowledge of Tax and Accounting including Xero, Excel and Word.
- Should be studying or have recently graduated with an Accounting Degree.
- Should have Australian Permanent Residency or Working Rights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Admin Tasks including making appointments, checking clients in for their tax appointment and making appointments. Manage and prepare Tax Returns & Financial Statements for small to medium-sized Companies, Partnerships, Trusts and SMSF.
- Attend Client Meetings and responding to client e-mails and answering client phone calls.
- Manage and prepare Tax Returns & Financial Statements for small to medium-sized Companies, Partnerships, Trusts and SMSF as well as Individuals.
- ASIC Compliance activities and review of information.
- Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) as well as Payroll/Superannuation processing and compliance.
