This leading East Gippsland Traffic Management Company are a highly regarded player in the industry who continue to experience strong growth. They have a proactive team and are equipped with lots of shiny new vehicles and equipment to ensure they meet clients expectations in reliability, efficiency and safety. Currently they operate across a variety of industry area's including; emergency works, traffic management, event management, traffic management plans, applications from council/MOA and the provision of expert advice.
Role
Working in a busy environment, the Graduate Engineer works closely with the Operations Coordinator and plays a key role in the delivery of services to clients. With a circa 75/25 office/site split, your role is a key one in ensuring the efficient running of the business. Responsibilities include.

• Assisting with Scheduling
• Taking bookings from Client's
• Ensuring all compliance and OHS paperwork is completed accurately
• Completing TMP’s and TGS's
• Invoicing works in accounting software
• Site audits of work zones.

Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail
• Competent computer literacy and organisational skills
• Ability to positively contribute to a team environment
• Efficiency in handling phone enquiries and processing outcomes in a timely manner.
• Excellent communications skills to help build and maintain client and employee relationships
• Promote and maintain Quality Assurance, Safety and Environmental Standards
• Read, understand, and ensure compliance of the regulatory and legislative requirements
