With an increasing demand for more knowledgeable and informed assistance, our client is seeking a Graduate Consultant to join and support the delivery of Facilities and Asset Management consulting commissions. Working as part of a team you will work across some complex asset portfolios including councils, PPP’s, education, health and retail.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking visual assessments of properties to assist with asset register data collection, analysis, and guidance
- Provide informed FM strategic advisory and Public Private Partnership advisory
- Complement senior consultants on site with asset data information gathering and analysis
- Aid in lifecycle capital replacement modelling
- FM operational service delivery advisory
- Contractor management, assistance with procurement and tender responses.
This is a very much a developmental role and you will grow and develop your skill base and eventually own specific areas of knowledge for the business.
