Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Continual enhancement of systems and processes.
- Oversight of guest accommodation.
- Management of indoor and outdoor common areas.
- Coordination of cleaning and maintenance crews.
- Maintenance schedule management and trade relationships.
- Facilitation of arrival inductions and departure procedures.
- Maintenance of guest logs and reporting to head office.
- Collaboration with auditors and management of compliance processes.
- Ensure that inventory is properly managed and verify that all tools and equipment are accounted for and intact.
