We are now seeking a junior Contract Administrator to ensure that construction projects (within 100km of Melbourne) are executed efficiently, within budget, and in meeting project needs. Any travel to sites will be reimbursed.
You will act as an administrator between the company and various subcontractors and suppliers, manage risks, and maintain meticulous records to support successful project delivery.
You will provide ongoing support to the management group to extend and build high quality residents’ communities and have the opportunity to learn and develop your building career.
Requirements:
- Experience as Contracts Administration preferred but not essential
- Diploma (or higher) in Building/Construction or similar preferred
- Knowledge in costing, cost management and financial reporting
- Industry experience in a high-volume residential builder
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, MYOB and Excel and general financial management / accounting principles
- Police Check required
- Driver’s licence and reliable car
