Subsea7 Graduate Engineer Development Scheme (GEDS)

At Subsea7, our Graduate Engineers are fundamental to the progression and development of our engineering capabilities and through our industry-leading Graduate Engineer Development Scheme (GEDS), we ensure they are developed to be the best in the industry. GEDS is a two-year scheme which has been developed and continually supported by Subsea7 Engineering experts. The scheme involves both on and off the job development and exposes Graduate Engineers to a variety of engineering disciplines and elements of project execution including dedicated offshore opportunities.
Our graduate programme, includes the following modules:
Local induction: Regional team building
On the job training: Assigned mentors and rotation between departments and disciplines to gain extensive experience throughout the industry
Local training: Structured training sessions with engineering leaders
Global training: Global content delivered by webinars with your graduate peers worldwide
Global offsite visit: One week visit to our Sutton office to focus on networking & interaction with industry experts and meet your fellow graduates (when possible)
