The Opportunity
As part of the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick- start your professional career with one of Australia's fastest-growing mining companies.
This two-year program will challenge your thinking across Health and Safety, offering immediate exposure to large-scale projects across multiple rotations throughout the business.
With continuous guidance from committed leaders, you will find yourself in an optimal position to develop a thriving career in the mining industry.
- Rotations giving each graduate experience in: Critical Risk, Injury Management, Crushing and Processing, Hygiene and Radiation, and our 3 operational commodities - Iron Ore, Lithium and Energy
- Exposure to safety compliance, incident investigation, development of procedures, auditing, medical and emergency management, safety management systems and reporting
- Corporate and Site based rotations (FIFO on an 8:6 Roster)
The Program
Your role as a Graduate Health and Safety will see you play a vital part in the Safety Team which ensures the effective operation of the business. Based at our state of the art office in Osborne Park and our mine sites across WA, this role will require an effective communicator who is both strategic and hands-on and can engage effectively with individuals and teams.
Requirements for the Role
To be eligible for the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you'll need to:
- Graduated by the end of 2024 in Health, Safety or Environment, or have graduated from a recognised University within the past 24 months;
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold unlimited working rights at the time of application;
- have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2025;
- Must be based in WA or willing to relocate
Please note as our head office is based in Perth, this Graduate Program is only available to applicants based in Western Australia or those willing to relocate to WA to participate.
