Design & Build is searching for someone who has either just finished studying or has a couple of years experience within the construction field or had a taste of contracts administration and ready to develop themselves further with a reputable EBA BuilderOur client is a well-established Tier 3 Commercial builder that maintains a family feel and collaborative culture. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, review, management of contracts, and general administration on a $40m Commercial project in the Eastern Suburbs.Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
- Assist in managing the administration of contracts, including change orders, requests for information, and correspondence
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure contracts are completed within budget and on schedule
- Provide general administrative support to the project team and greater business
- Previous admin ex within the construction industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
