Your New Role We offer our services to a diverse range of clients from adults to children with physical or intellectual disabilities, working flexibly either in their homes, community settings or from our office space.Our Occupational Therapists provide comprehensive functional assessments, establish goals for each client and assist each client achieve these through therapy services, planning home modifications and prescription of assistive technology.As an Newly Occupational Therapist, you will be supported in: Conduct assessments and collaborate with Practitioners and clients to contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of the client plan, as appropriate to their circumstances Conduct home visits and visits to the community as required Coordinate the delivery of occupational therapy services to asses, diagnose and treat children and adults with development challenges Assist each client achieve these goals through therapy services, planning home modifications and prescription of assistive technologyOur program consists of: Total remunerations $92,000 (Base + Super) + Salary Packaging + meal & entertainment card Flexible- friendly and hybrid work options Full-time roles in: Sydney and Southern NSW Albury/Wodonga VIC Goulburn Liverpool Wollongong Penrith Northern & Western NSW Armidale Tamworth Inverell Orange Mudgee Port Macquarie Coffs Harbour Broadmeadow East Maitland South Australia Murray Bridge Port Pirie Mount Gambier To assist in your growth, we will: Facilitate connection between graduates and the rest of the Organisation Provide access to various learning opportunities Set-up one hour of formal supervision each week, providing you with a safe space to seek guidance and support from your seniors Host monthly workshops for you to expand and deepen your knowledge Provide the opportunity to have exposure to practice across other areas of The Benevolent SocietyOur Benefits We support people to live their best life.
