The role
The Graduate Coordinator supports the National Graduate Manager and Graduate Resourcing Consultants to provide resourcing solutions to the business. This position plays a key role in organising and supporting the team to deliver clerk and graduate recruitment campaigns and programs. Our team is high energy, friendly and enthusiastic. We are looking for someone who is excited by Graduate Resourcing and who will enjoy participating in all aspects of the graduate recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
Assist the team with graduate attraction, which includes coordinating logistics and event attendance at career fairs and networking events
Support the local offices with requisition management, screening of candidates and administrative duties
Help manage the clerk and graduate recruitment processes, ensuring excellent candidate care
Administrative support for our various outreach programs
Processing the rotations of graduates and clerks
Working with the team on recruitment projects
Supporting the National Graduate Manager with reporting and metrics
Processing invoices and onboarding for new starters
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
A passion for all parts of the graduate recruitment process and a desire to grow and develop into a successful graduate recruiter
Demonstrated success in a recruitment administration/coordination role
Organisational skills, with the ability to manage and deliver projects in a timely manner
Strong customer service and administration skills
Highly developed verbal and written communications skills
Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills
Proven abilities in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Maintaining details on an ATS (applicant tracking system), experience with Workday would be preferable but not essential
Experience working within the legal profession or in professional services (advantageous although not essential)
Relevant tertiary qualifications

With a presence in each of our offices, the national P&D team forms part of our Business Advisory Services department. The P&D team provides strategic business partnering support to the business on P&D issues and drives and delivers a range of initiatives to ensure that Clayton Utz is a great place to work.
