PermanentFull-time (average of 38 hours per week)

As part of the Building Trades team, you will assist with the effective monitoring, reporting and removal of graffiti in conjunction with various organisations and the general public.
You are a self-motivated individual with good time management skills and the ability to work autonomously. You have previous experience in working with matching paint colours, preparation of surfaces and applications, as well as a good working knowledge of current WHS practices, including the interpretation of Safety Data Sheets. You have good computing skills and are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of products. A current ‘MR’ class driver’s licence and Construction Induction Training (White Card) is required. A competency certificate for high pressure cleaning equipment would be advantageous.

Demonstrated experience in use of high pressure equipment for cleaning and graffiti removal
High level understanding of paint colours, surface preparation and applications
Experience in hazard identification, risk management and occupational safety and health in the workplace
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and as an integral part of a team
‘MR’ class driver’s licence
Construction Induction Training (White Card)
This position offers a gross weekly wage of $1,363 which incorporates all allowances and penalty rates, as well as:
11% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
