About the role
Within our Design Studio our graphic Designers and AV Specialists collaborate to produce meaningful keepsakes, such as service sheets and photo presentations.
Our Graphic Designers play a pivotal role in guiding grieving families through the process of creating meaningful keepsakes to honour their loved ones. Beyond designing special keepsakes, they provide compassionate support and listen attentively to families' needs, offering comfort and reassurance during a difficult time. From designing service sheets and photo presentations to managing website details and social media posts, their work extends far beyond traditional graphic design tasks. With a combination of artistic talent and empathetic understanding, our Graphic Designers ensure that each service is a heartfelt tribute to a life well lived.
Skills and Experience
The person we are seeking to fill this role of Graphic Designer will possess the following essential criteria:
- Advance design skills in both Indesign and Photoshop
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A great eye for detail
- Good people skills with a caring and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication skills orally and written
- Professional manner in both attitude and presentation
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
- A background in the funeral industry is not essential
