What is the role?

As the Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our Design team to create engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, and various brand initiatives. Your creations will shape perceptions, engage audiences, and drive marketing objectives forward. The key responsibilities are: 

• Design and create visually captivating content for social media platforms, aligning with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Assist in directing professional photoshoots and contribute to internal photography and filming for marketing content.
• Collaborate with Campaigns Teams to ensure overall campaign objectives are met through creative visual solutions.
• Develop videos, stop motions, and animations for digital channels using Adobe Premiere and After Effects. 
• Contribute to the content marketing strategy and participate in monthly content planning sessions.
• Create designs for print output, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Help grow our social media follower base by developing engaging content for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice and visual identity across all design materials.

Who are we looking for? 

You are someone who has a creative eye and excellent communication skills. As well as having a good sense of humour and a positive personality, you will possess:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Essential experience with DSLR camera photography, with a focus on product, food, and beverage photography being advantageous.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop for editing and photo touching.
• Experience in content coordination and delivering engaging content through social or marketing programs.
• Multimedia experience creating videos, stop motions, and animations using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Animate is advantageous.
• Ability to create designs for print output.
• Strong adherence to brand tone of voice and visual identity.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment with competing priorities.
