As a Grid Connections Analyst, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the integration of renewable energy projects into the grid, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance. They will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to navigate regulatory requirements, assess grid capacity, and mitigate risks associated with Grid Connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate grid connection options for renewable energy projects, considering technical feasibility and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct thorough grid impact assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
- Liaise with grid operators and regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for Grid Connections.
- Analyse grid capacity and constraints to optimize project design and maximize energy output.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including grid operators, government agencies, and industry associations.
