Grounds & Maintenance Officer - Lakes Entrance Tourist Park & Village

LETP is situated on 6 acres and offers a range of holiday accommodation and camping facilities to suit all family needs, making it the perfect location for a beach holiday. LEV, over 50s Village offers low maintenance homes within a well-established and supportive community.

We are currently looking for a casual grounds and Maintenance Officer to join our friendly team to work across both properties. 

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Park Manager, you must be able to work autonomously or as part of a team. You will be responsible for the overall upkeep and improvement of our grounds and gardens, as well as general maintenance of our holiday park and village. 

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in grounds and property maintenance in a hospitality environment, however this is not essential as training will be provided to the right person.  The successful applicant will require a Manual Drivers Licence and the ability to tow a trailer. 

You will be competent in the use of items such as:

• Tractors
• Ride on mowers
• Hedge trimmers
• Whipper snippers
• Chainsaws
• High powered hand tools. 
• Pool testing & Maintenance 
• Assist with other minor maintenance items across our park on direction from our park manager. 

The rate of pay for this role is based on the Hospitality General Award.
