We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Gardener and Landscape Maintenance Person for a prestigious residential complex nestled in the scenic Runaway Bay area on the North end of the Gold Coast. As a key member of our team, you'll have the chance to showcase your talents and contribute to the beauty of our surroundings.
Position: Gardener & Landscape Maintenance Person
Location: Runaway Bay, Gold Coast
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time Hours (Flexible Start Times)
Responsibilities:
- Perform garden and lawn maintenance tasks to ensure the grounds are immaculately kept.
- Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their health and aesthetic appeal.
- Weed control and pest management to uphold the pristine appearance of the landscape.
- Assist with small maintenance tasks around the complex as needed, such as minor cleaning and repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in garden and lawn maintenance.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing landscapes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to assist with various maintenance tasks as required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
