Integral Diagnostics is currently seeking a part-time Group Applications Support Officer to cover a 9-month maternity leave role, to join our Applications Team. Leveraging your previous Administration, Clerical, Reception, technical, and/or applications experience, you will maintain, monitor, test, and validate our applications software (predominantly RIS/PACS). Liaising with radiologists, referrers, and internal staff, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our applications and ultimately our business workflows.
This part-time role is 5 hours a day, five days a week, Monday to Friday starting from mid April 2024.
Reporting to the Group Applications Team Lead (WA & VIC), you will be an excellent communicator, a keen problem-solver, and a cooperative team player.
This is a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding role. The role can be worked from WA or VIC, with the expectation to be in the office 1-2 days per week.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting internal and external users with inquiries via phone and email, managing within our call logging system.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify any technical or application issues.
• Liaising with vendors of core applications to ensure that the IDX business delivers quality of service.
About You:
• Experience in healthcare, medical, or a similar industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work a night shift/on-call roster.
