Excellent opportunity for an experienced Group Head Chef or Executive Chef to join this company as it continues to grow.
Dynamic role will involve overseeing its portfolio of 7 venues and managing the Head Chefs of each venue.
With a central preparation kitchen the business is extremely effiecient and streamlined and systems and SOP's are already in place.
Reporting into the Group Executive Chef and Group Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth business operation across all sites, liaising with the venue Head Chefs and monitoring the performance of each venue from a managment and financial perspective.
With all venues based across Sydney, it is essential that you have a full driving licence and own transport.

The role:
- Oversee a portfolio of 7 venues, managing the Head Chefs of each venue and monitoring the performance of the venues.
- Involved in the creativity of the menus and recipe development. Work with the Group Executive Chef on efficiencies and quality control in the central production kitchen.
- Ongoing training and mentorship of the Head Chefs, review of each venues food and labour costs.
- Continue to foster the relationships with suppliers, being across any ingredient shortage, price fluctuations and seasonal changes.
About you:
- At least 3 years experience in a group management or Executive Chef role.
- Thorough understanding of industry financial acumen and operating systems.
- Excellent time management, ability to multi task and stay calm under pressure.
- Full driving licence and own transport.
- A desire to mentor and train Head Chefs across mulitple venues.
- Solid knowledge or multicultural cuisines.
