Joining our dynamic marketing team and reporting directly to the Director of Marketing & Partnerships, you'll need a marketing toolkit that spans the digital realm, innovative technologies, strategic partnerships, and everything in between.
Responsibilities:
- Captain the ship, from idea inception to campaign delivery, in cahoots with our head office and venue teams.
- Ensure our brand voice sings harmoniously across all projects and content.
- Work closely with an external PR agency to create impact in media, press, and influencer spheres.
- Alongside our Marketing Director, shake hands with external suppliers and key partners to sprinkle extra magic on our marketing endeavours.
- Lead and mentor our dedicated marketing team, guiding our Marketing Coordinator and fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Juggle the advertising schedule and pounce on opportunities.
- Team up with the Reservations & Events squad to boost sales strategies.
- Guard the realm of all things creative content and materials.
- Keep your finger on the industry's pulse and share the juiciest bits with the team.
- 3+ years of leading the charge in a similar management role.
