THE ROLE?
We provide the following as a guide as relevant skills to complete the following tasks are required...
- Lead the negotiation of supplier commercial changes and annual targets requirements for aligned Suppliers.
- Creating a market plan for existing and prospective Partners and contacts consistent with the business plan and the commercial and operations goals of aligned Suppliers.
- Creating, initiating & training plans for sellers and Partners to incrementally increase knowledge about aligned Suppliers, or Suppliers' products & solutions.
- \You will have your finger on the pulse and effectively Maintain and review the pricing strategy for key Suppliers using your industry know-how and resourcefulness.
- You will follow and then create your own supplier’s strategy tailored to the local market (share/profit/position)
- Day-to-day will see you working with purchasing stakeholders for stock control and overseeing the management of a virtual team.
- Identifying and nurturing relationships with aligned Suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Be predictable and transparent through the utilization of common and core methods and tools, including but not limited to... (Supplier relationship management, Supplier business plans and initiate programs, market planning, service centre)
- Preparation and presentation of reports showing performance against Key Performance Indicators, for aligned Suppliers.
- Embrace and leverage all stakeholders and virtual team members regardless of the formal organisation structure.
