Group Scheduler

YES Group (SA) Pty Ltd is an innovative South Australian company, providing turnkey energy solutions. We operate a large team of personnel offering services such as Large-Scale Solar & Battery Projects, Energy Retailing and High Voltage Installations across Australia.
As a Groups Scheduler, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing workforce efficiency and maximising resource allocation.
This is a full-time position based in our Adelaide office. The successful candidate will work closely with the Construction Manager, Depot Manager, Sales and Installation team and other key internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling workforce for Fly In, Fly Out (FIFO), Drive In, Drive Out (DIDO) sites
- Scheduling local workforce (domestic installations)
- Oversee central scheduling software (Assignar)
- Flight and travel arrangements for all employees
- Timesheet management - via scheduling software
- Reporting on labour and resourcing
- Maintaining asset and compliance registers
- Assist to schedule and book training
- Administration support to multiple business departments
Requirements
- Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or operations management
- Strong organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Assignar) and MS Office Suite
Desirable
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies
