Form of workWe are seeking a customer service specialist, who has a passion for people, to work in a fast paced holiday complex in Surfers Paradise.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for:
A people person who is passionate about customer service
Experience in a similar role or hospitality background
Knowledge of computerized front office systems, Microsoft office proficient, PMS knowledge & Hirum Software experience preferred
Fast learner, can think on their feet, & use their initiative
Attention to detail
Hospitality & Hotel Management students preferred
Duties will include but not limited to:
Check guests in & out
Provide excellent customer service to guests
Reservations and bookings
Handle phone inquiries
Reconcile daily banking
Maintain from office systems
Assist manager on a day-to-day basis
Other duties as directed
