Guest Service Agent

We are currently in search of a Full Time and Casual Guest Service Agent to deliver high standard customer service to all our guests. From the initial contact at check in to the guest's departure, the Guest Service Agent handles all guest needs and reasonable requests efficiently, effectively, courteously and professionally, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained at all times.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for 

• Delivering excellent customer service from check in to check out
• Answer telephone calls, email replies (internal and external) based on LQA standards. 
• Provide professional, courteous and efficient level of service to all internal and external guests.
• Maintains current knowledge of Hotels daily events, promotions and departmental operating hours;
• Ensures all required guest room information is obtained upon check in;
• Maintains familiarity with third party bookings;
• Capitalises on opportunities to upsell the Hotel, facilities and outlets;
• Program and issue room keys, ensuring appropriate access levels are granted;

Education & Desires

• A diploma in Hospitality Management is desired
• Experience within a similar role or in a 5 star property
• Must be fluent in English (LOTE)
• A sound knowledge of Microsoft
• Opera knowledge is desirable
