The Mantra at Sharks Hotel is located alongside Southport Sharks and central to the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge precinct, the hotel includes 120 hotel rooms and suites, two conference rooms and a rooftop bar. . The Role: As Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor, you will be responsible for welcoming and greeting guest upon arrival at Mantra at Sharks ensuring a smooth process for their visit.
In addition, you will be responsible for the day to day running of Front Office night operations between the hours of 10:00pm and 6:00am
- two nights per week.
Reporting to the General Manager
- Hotel, you will perform night auditing procedures and prepare financial reports as required.
The Night Auditor is expected to do Annual Leave cover when necessary. The roster would consist of the following 5 shifts per week: 3 x 2pm
- 10pm
- Guest Service Agent 2 x 10pm
- 6am
- Night Auditor
This position is casual, however a Full-time opportunity may be considered for the right candidate.
