Form of workNewly renovated Sfera's Park Suites and Convention Centre consists of a boutique hotel with 22 suites, function rooms, and Paradiso Cafe & Cocktail Bar.
We are ideally seeking a friendly, experienced, motivated, and customer-focused person to work at our hotel front desk and in events administration.
This casual position would suit someone looking for morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts.
We are looking for someone who can work in:
- hotel front desk including check-in/check-out of guests
- a busy reception and event environment
- taking reservation calls for accommodation, in-house events, and Paradiso Cafe & Cocktail Bar.
- general administration duties
- client & supplier liaison
Applicants should be well-presented, reliable, punctual, have strong problem-solving skills, are mature, confident, and have a bubbly personality. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential. Previous experience in premium venues and a reception/front desk environment or hotel/motel reception would is recommended.
