Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day gym operations
- Manage and train staff, including administrative and cleaning personnel
- Ensure equipment maintenance and facility cleanliness
- Develop processes to enhance member experience
- Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback
- Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain members
- Drive sales initiatives & targets and manage promotional activities.
- Manage social media accounts and produce weekly content
