Club Managers play an integral role in the success of a Jetts Club due to the strength of the relationship they have with our Members, Personal Trainers and Assistant Club Managers. A day in the life of a Club Manager is a varied role however some of your responsibilities include:

Member & People Journey: 

• Ensure you are meeting your member and team member needs at each stage of their journey so they can continue to engage with your gym and perform at their best.
• Have fun, share wins and ensure you have a positive & supportive culture in your Club.
• Work with the Owner and Regional Manager to carry out team member training and development programs in alignment with Jetts Training Academy.
• Community events and challenges are a common part of a Club Managers role and help to create a community environment where Members want to be.

Club Operations:

• Ensure the Club upholds the brand  expectations including; safety, equipment standards and cleanliness.
• Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly tasks are prioritised and completed with a high attention to detail. 

Sales Performance: 

• Proactively attract new memberships and coordinate efforts with local area marketing and advertising plans.
• Report on sales performance to the Owner
• Strive to increase membership net growth, increase gross revenue and commit to other monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as set by Jetts.

Work, Health and Safety

• Ensure equipment is functional, maintained, regularly serviced and repaired as needed
• Demonstrate 100% compliance of Incident, Hazard and Risk Reporting
