Position: Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and guests as they enter the facility with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about our services, programs, and schedules.
- Assist with membership inquiries, sign-ups, and membership renewals.
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere for all visitors.
- Coordinate scheduling for classes, personal training sessions, and facility rentals.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing inventory.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with members, guests, and team members.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.
- Passion for fitness, boxing, and helping others achieve their goals.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
