Job Description:
As a Handyperson with a focus on yard maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities and outdoor spaces are well-kept and functional. This position involves a variety of tasks, from general repairs to maintaining the overall appearance of our grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues.
Manage yard maintenance activities such as mowing, weeding, and landscaping.
Ensure proper upkeep of outdoor equipment and tools.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Handyperson or in a similar maintenance role.
Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Ability to operate and maintain yard equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Salary Rate:
$30 - $35 per hour / around $60,000.00 annual
