About this opportunity
Geeks2U are looking for technician partners who can repair customers' technology devices on their own premises. Activities will involve diagnosis and quotations, repair of devices, facilitating the return of hardware, and liaising with our team.
Geeks2U will source repairs, facilitate delivery, handle invoicing, and manage the administrative side of the business. You’ll benefit from the support of our customer service team six days a week.
About you
We’re looking for talented IT Hardware Repair technicians with the following attributes:
- The desire for flexible working arrangements, however the ability to quote within 48 hours
- Great communication skills
- The ability to explain technical issues without the jargon
- Your own workshop and equipment for diagnosis and repair, along with a parts inventory or the ability to order parts as needed
- You possess an Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Maintain all necessary insurance for your business activities
