Your proven experience in managing end-to-end talent attraction and selection across a variety of roles in a corporate environment or relevant agency specialisation, together with your strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, drive and enthusiasm will also ensure your success in this role.
Your role
Working closely with the People and Development team and the firm, you will deliver strategic and practical talent and resourcing solutions for all our offices.
You will form an integral part of strengthening our Talent Acquisition offering through taking responsibility for the following:
- Partnering with stakeholders and managing end-to-end talent attraction and selection for legal practice groups and business services groups.
- Undertaking in-depth market research and talent mapping to develop talent pools and pipelines for critical roles.
- Providing coaching and advice on recruitment and selection techniques and methods.
- Sharing up to date expertise and insights on the talent market and trends, and conducting remuneration benchmarking.
- Identifying and delivering on opportunities to raise the employer brand profile.
- Leading and contributing to talent projects.
- Continuously evolving and enhancing the function and processes.
