• Exhibit exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Perform captivating cooking demonstrations that educate and engage.
• Manage cook-offs and create an interactive, enjoyable learning environment.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests and staff.
• Guide and mentor kitchen staff while promoting professional growth.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operation in purchasing and storage.
• Represent Otao Kitchen in fostering future business.

• Proven ability to develop instructional materials for various teaching formats.
• Experience in both culinary arts and in a cooking school environment.
• Comfortable with teaching a wide demographic, including adults and children.
• Native cooking, Mediterance and South American knowledge is a plus.
