Focusing on amazing food and gorgeous atmosphere we are looking for a couple of amazing Head chefs to join the team across the group. This role will challenge you to be brilliant and plate some of the best food possible.You will be across all sections of the kitchen and have strong protein skills, chargrill experience highly desired and Japanese ingredient knowledge a bonus. This is not just a normal restaurant, every dish you create is unique and delicious.Requirements
- Must have trade qualifications
- Be a strong communicator
- Management and leadership skills must be solid
- Knowledge of ordering, stock control and training and development of chefs
- Come from a creative A la Carte environment with menu creation experience
- A passion for cooking and a love for quality produce
