We are seeking a proactive and versatile Part-Time Office Manager to support our client's office operations and executive team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day office activities, providing executive assistance, and driving staff engagement initiatives.This role is CBD based, 23 hours per week.5 days a week, at 4.6 hours a day and a requirement to work in the office 3 days per week.Key Responsibilities:Office Management:
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations, including organisation and presentation of office spaces.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Maintain compliance with signage requirements and safety protocols.
- Plan and coordinate team events to foster a positive work culture.
- Manage content on internal platforms to keep staff informed and engaged.
- Coordinate company events and initiatives.
- Facilitate the on boarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
- Assist with recruitment efforts as needed.
- Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations and reports as requested.
- Track deadlines and follow up on tasks as needed.
- Coordinate marketing materials and stock distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proactive approach with a focus on problem-solving.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Previous experience in office management or executive assistance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in marketing coordination is a plus.
