We are seeking an experienced Head Chef for a remote venue in coastal Northern Territory.
The kitchen caters to A la carte & Bistro dining and offers visitors a great selection of delicious, well presented meals.
The successful candidate will be an experienced senior chef and have a passion for cooking and ensuring their kitchen is run to a high standard.
Outside of work, enjoy the excellent local fishing, beautiful beaches and get to know the friendly, welcoming locals.
You will work with a great team of staff under supportive onsite management.
There is additional work available for partners if relocating as a couple.
This is an excellent location to escape winter with warm tropical weather all year round.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A CURRENT FOOD SAFETY SUPERVISOR CERTIFICATE OR BE WILLING TO OBTAIN ONE.
- Day to day management of the kitchen in a hands on capacity
- Catering to two outlets – al a carte restaurant and Bistro Meals
- Catering to coach groups on set menus + general functions & events
- General kitchen hygiene
- Work under pressure during busy times
- Supervising 3-4 chefs, cook + kitchen hand
- Stock ordering, stock control – weekly deliveries
- Staff rosters, training and supervision
- Offering excellence in food standards and presentation
- Work with other department heads to ensure the smooth running of the property
